One day, Ania was going to her institute as it’s her daily routine, there, she saw a strange piece of paper. It was an offer to visit a strange mountainous place to captivate the nature’s beauty. She had great love for nature, but she thought she has sacrificed her happiness. Her life is just about achieving her goal and stay alone so she torn it and threw it away. The next day, she saw the same paper on her way. She got confused but this time she didn’t tear it she just threw it and ignored. The next day she again got the paper, this time it annoyed her, she put it in her bag and continued her routine. She had totally forgotten to live life and just decided to achieve her goals to survive.
After few days, sitting alone in her room, she took out the paper, pondering it. There was a strange place named “the Nature’s Island” She was thinking what a strange name every island is made of nature, every island has nature then what will be the main idea of this idiotic name? She stood up, moved towards her window and thought to avail this opportunity, “but if i get cheated again how would I tolerate it?” however she kept on telling herself “be strong you love to explore new things may be life has given you a new chance to have good memories” and she decided to go there.
Then, the question arises, how will she go there? Thinking this, she got annoyed again that she has decided to go to a place which doesn’t exists. She got disappointed and sad. The next day she woke up, moving towards her institute, she saw a huge tree suddenly put its long branch in front of Ania. She got angry and changed her route. The tree did the same and Ania finally noticed the tree has a strange hole giving light she came close to it and went inside it. There, she found a beautiful island where the nature was purer than the nature of her own country. She got the answer of her question that why it is called the Nature’s Island. She got too excited because it was so beautiful and pure Island. “Maybe the people of this island also….”
Anyway she wandered there for 5 hours, became hungry. She plucked a fruit from a tree, the tree replied “Why you plucked my fruit dear? Do you know how much it hurts?
Ania: (afraid) I’m hungry and your fruit was looking delicious. I’m sorry.
Tree: this is so easy to say sorry but tell me can you fix it back?
Ania: no, I can’t but I was hungry if I won’t eat then I will surely die and I think you just got hurt.
Tree: wow! Salute you! Poor girl I got hurt and I forgive you but have you noticed how much we trees do for human beings and you people instead of learning from us just fulfill your wishes and leave us alone?
Ania: I know dear, no one even do some friendship and gossips with you. You guys change your colors just for sake of seasons you guys, just to feed us, got hurt many times and you guys promote love with your flowers and fragrance but this world just leaves you alone. This world, even deceive human beings then how could you expect better from them? And why do you do all this for us?
Tree: to trust someone is not bad. Look after getting hurt by million people I got a girl who understands me but still she hurt me for sake of her hunger.
Ania: what do you mean?
Tree: This world, have always deceived me and made me alone but I stand still. I trust everyone easily and give fruit to them to get their happiness and you poor girl, don’t feel sad you have to hurt or react sometimes for sake of your happiness.
Ania: I have sacrificed my happiness for sake of others and for sake of peace in my life.
Tree: hahahahaha…… it’s all bullshit dear. Your hunger was yours a sort of happiness and you removed it by hurting me.
Ania: but………
Tree: There is no one in this world better to console you except nature learn from nature and stand still. Try to react just for your self-respect otherwise show patience. Be a kind-hearted, hope never dies otherwise you will die. You know I’m living because everyone loves me but still, they cut me, and when they cut me, they make a lot of things from my wood. Be like this I’m loved even after being dead.
Ania: it’s not love they are just fulfilling their wills.
Tree: I’m giving life to human and animals as well. It is my love for them. Who cares about receiving theirs in return? I have my love for them that’s enough. If I always thought about the harshness of world how could I live? How could I even survive?
Ania: I love you. But I hate happiness!
Tree: I love you more because you care for me but I love them too who don’t. Just have strength in yourself to face the world. Otherwise nature is always with you. Believe me, you can trust the nature they will never deceive you they all are just for you and they want your happiness they do a lot merely for your happiness and you are saying you don’t like happiness because the human deceive you? What about us? Because of this poor world you are deceiving the nature?
Ania: m not deceiving nature how could I?
Tree: you said you don’t like happiness and we all are here just for sake of your happiness you know in this pure nature’s Island you see everyone happy because of us no one is sad in this island they all care for us but sadly they actually have no one of their own that’s why they are here. But you have the whole world and a lot of people in your world. You have closed your eyes and thinking as if no one is looking at you. Does it make sense?
Ania: can I stay here forever?
Tree: so stubborn you are!! Girl, sad to hear this, well you can stay here until you get prepared to LIVE the rest of your life.
Ania: thanks. And now I want to visit the whole island may I?
The tree spread its branches towards the route of island and Ania continued her walk. She was obviously walking on grass and mud so suddenly mud responded “have I ever told you that it’s hurt when you put your shoes on me and move miss?” she fell down, totally frightened of that island and replied “I can feel it the whole nature suffers a lot for us but what can we do? You guys are our need”
Mud: exactly if we can show patience then why don’t you? Poor human beings!!!!
Ania: m sorry……
And she continues her walk in a depressed mood till she felt thirsty and drank some water from a river, washed her face and hands. She was watching herself in the clean water and the water replied, “you can be exactly clean just like me if you ignore everything and go with the flow”
Ania: what do you mean?
Water: I’m just for drinking but you guys throw stones at me do pee on me but I just ignore it and keep myself running to give you clean water. Could you be able to watch your clean face in me if I stay dirty? But sometimes because of some over actions of human beings, turn me mad and I drown them in me. But I rarely react, just for my self-respect. Otherwise I never react.
Ania: m surprised with this island it is really amazing it’s simply giving me new hopes to laugh and live.
Then she moved towards the people who are living there. She found them living happily with the nature no time for sorrows and just appreciating the love of nature. She got impressed and totally made her mind to go back in her world. She was thinking of searching the way back to her world and suddenly she heard unseen voice.
Ania: who are you?
Wind: Hi Ania……it’s me, the wind.
Ania: what? No please I haven’t hurt you.
Wind: oh poor girl m just here for your happiness, just try to feel me, take a chill breath and you will feel relax and I heard your inner voice searching for the route to go back?
Ania: yeah I’m prepared now.
Wind: you are not till now. If it is then you’ve never said that “I haven’t hurt you” you must know who you are and accept yourself you do not need to give explanation if you know you are right.
Ania: (tired) what do you want from me now?
Wind: you have to stay here tonight because there are a lot of things left for you. I’ll show you the way back, myself, when you get prepared and you stop getting annoyed of nature. You know everything but not applying it on you.
Ania: I know dear ok I’ll try. But where will I stay?
Wind: lie wherever you want. There is a huge grass bed for you.
Ania: thanks dear……
After walking few hours, she got tired, sat on the grass and observing the beautiful sunset. Suddenly a cloud came close to her and said “it’s beautiful isn’t it?”
Ania: (shocked) oh my God…..!! How many more surprises will I have in this island?
Cloud: (smile) you can’t have the whole because nature is too huge and everyone is there for you but not everyone will tell you. Look the sunset seems beautiful to you right?
Ania: of course dude it’s amazing!!
Cloud: so let go everything…. Look….! Ending is so beautiful and if something has to go let it go, what stays, is for you and what goes is not your loss.
Ania: I thought you’re fluffy like cotton but you are mere a fog…..
Cloud: you girl!!! You are speaking absolutely opposite of my words well yeah m mixture of fog mist tiny droplets…….
Ania: ahan…. Then what do you symbolize?
Cloud: well it’s a great question….!! I bear all forms of water but never react but sometimes when I get too much heavy I cry but rain brings happiness to human faces. Even my tears are for sake of my love for human beings.
Ania: (started crying) I wish I could hug you.
Cloud: hug anything of nature which you can because we all are part of it. Just created to support you always but you poor humans, still trust human more than those who are meant for you…!!! Anyways I have to go time for the stars to do their duty bye.
Ania: bye…
She, then, lied on the grass waiting for the stars to come for her.
Ania: hello stars what will you teach me? I love you since childhood you are light for those who are in the dark like me!!! You are like few people who are sincere to me.
Star: you don’t always remain in the dark, we are little, little and tiny! You have a big star in yourself who can give you light you just need to become a Sun to nurture your life…! After all he is also a star….
Ania: (ignoring) alright good night.
She slept and the next day when she saw sunrise, a glowing face with a lot of heat and anger, and the way he lighted the whole island with his beautiful light, she got too much powerful and energetic, she began talking to herself to fight for everything.
Sun: oh dear no….. You are thinking wrong. My light is to lighten up everything my heat is my nature not my anger. My heat is neutral but whenever people feel too much heat that hurts them, I hide myself in clouds and request them to give rain. But if they insult my self-respect, I shine more brightly……!!!
Ania: I didn’t get it.
Sun: (smile) look at there at the volcano, he is beautiful with his appearance. He is so quiet and silent in nature but no one knows when will he react because he never reacts until he fills with lava, his self-respect gets hurt then he burns everything.
Ania: say clearly…….. -_-
Sun: (angrily) you only have to react when your self-respect get hurt otherwise not….!!!!
Ania: look it was just a simple thing….!!
Sun: (angrily) But its nature and its deep.
Ania: ok dear stop it do your duty.
Then, she quickly went back to that tree. She said “I want to go back” the tree replied, “why you wanted to live here forever?”
Ania: yeah but they all are so beautiful everything is best and perfect here and I want to apply lessons which I have learned from you all so want to go back.
Tree: I think you’re getting everything slowly, slowly. Well, you have to find your way back yourself, nature will help you for the clue but it will not tell you directly if you are prepared you will find the exact way.
She got annoyed and plucked some fruits, replied, “Ok fine” and continued her walk. The tree smiled and wished her best of luck. After walking few minutes, she took out the fruit…… Sat on the grass and started starring at the green apple and said, “Everyone loves to eat you because you are full of juice and sweetness….. I’m also green (pale) like you, therefore, everyone loves to eat me with their words, they do not swallow me because I have sorrows inside not sweetness but one day they will finish my existence with their harsh words and with their wrong perspectives from where they think and see me, I’ll be rotten”
Apple: I don’t want to talk you as you will not eat me if I do….. I really don’t want to because I don’t want you to remain hungry on this island but you compelled me to speak up because of your sad words.
Ania: ahaaan…….. This island is so hurting……
Apple: don’t get emotional this island is just created for those who loves nature and can feel about nature like you not everyone feel hurt after eating me. This island is created to tell the nature lovers that we love them more than anyone else……!
Ania: you were right m not gonna eat you now.
Apple: dear….just think, m the only apple who can talk not others. You can eat the rest of fruits which are merely fruits. You will die if you always think about others instead of yourself. It doesn’t matter from which perspective they see you and what they think of you it matters how you respect yourself and how you see yourself.
Ania: (panic) I am a loser and a bad girl. But there is clearly no mistake of mine in everything I merely talk frankly and people seem like they are waiting for me to talk some shit and they pick it and start scolding or degrading me.
Apple: exactly then patience dear patience is the best solution it is better not to speak anything your silence can protect you. And you said it’s not your mistake then how could you call yourself bad girl? As I said before what you think about yourself matters nothing else.
Ania: I want to go back help me friend…..
Apple: I can’t do anything bye.
The apple disappeared, Ania took out all fruits from her bag and talked to them but no one responded she started crying, got angry and ate all of them. Soon she realized wind had told her that she will help her to find the way back. She called the wind she said, “I can feel you but why are you not helping me? You said you will I can’t hear you where are you?” She ran, ran and ran in the island and talked everyone she had talked with but no one responded. Then suddenly her eyes closed, she fainted and when she opened her eyes, she was in the lap of tree, same tree which was teasing her with his branches in the beginning. She felt so much scared. She thought she is crazy she didn’t talk to anyone, her loneliness and her love for nature made her insane she thought it’s all was nothing merely a dream. She stood up and went back home. However she was feeling positive and refreshing. She was happy and alive than before. On her way back home, everyone was mocking her thinking that she is crazy smiling on her own. But she ignored it and thought she is actually laughing on them and suddenly she replied, “Say whatever and think whatever about me it seems good that I am more important for you than yourself….haha” She laughed like never before and returned home. It was evening, she stood on her window observing the greenery sunset and then the stars, felt the wind as well and said “thank you and I love you all” gave a flying kiss to nature and then slept in the hope of visiting the nature’s island again.
The nature smiled back on her but the faces disappeared.
